Responsibilities

- Provide expert technical support for chemical product portfolios via phone, email, and web chat
- Manage technical cases end-to-end from initial inquiry to resolution
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Product Management teams to solve complex issues
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems




- Recommend improvements to knowledge bases and company resources to enhance customer experience

Requirements

- Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field
- 1–5 years of hands-on laboratory experience with experimental troubleshooting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Fluency in English and one additional language (German, Spanish, French, or Italian)
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to interpret scientific data and resolve technical issues
