Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of automation projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
* Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource coordination with internal teams and customers
* Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and prepare structured reports for stakeholders




* Participate in customer and internal meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives
* Monitor on-site activities and support project managers in ensuring execution quality and timeline adherence
* Assist in system integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation activities
* Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customs teams to ensure timely delivery to customer sites
* Prepare project documentation, including handover materials, and support project closure and transition to maintenance
* Maintain ongoing communication with customers to support long-term relationships and service quality
* Use AI tools to assist in project planning, status reporting, and data analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Support the development and testing of AI-enabled tools for project tracking, reporting, and workflow automation Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields
* Business fluency in English, other European language is a plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skill
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure
