Your missionAs Technical Leader, you will be the technical owner of Digital Power projects across Europe, supporting customers and project teams from the proposal stage through engineering, testing, and commissioning.
ResponsibilitiesLead the technical scope of Digital Power projects from tendering to commissioning.
Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
Define and validate technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across international projects.
Oversee engineering, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
Manage technical risks and support project execution.
Lead technical discussions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with Project Managers, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
Travel occasionally across Europe (up to 25%) to support customers, project teams, factories, and key project milestones.
RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,



Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar.
Master's degree in Energy, Automation, or Electrical Systems is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of experience leading technical projects within Energy, Industrial Automation, Power & Grid, Data Centers, or Oil & Gas environments.
Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle: Tendering, Engineering, Execution, and Commissioning.
Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
English B2/C1 minimum (mandatory); Spanish is a plus;French is a plus.
Technical leadership of industrial or energy projects.
Preparation and validation of technical offers (Tendering).
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including Modbus.
Experience with Digital Power solutions and major industry vendors such as Schneider Electric, ABB, or Siemens is considered a plus.
