In this role, you partner with Europe and Africa sales leadership to shape growth through data-driven decision making and optimized commercial processes. You’ll drive regional operational improvements, enable scalable systems, and align cross-functional teams to boost productivity and profitability. As a strategic advisor, you influence senior stakeholders and lead a regional Sales Operations team through change and continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to impact recruitment, enablement, and execution across multiple countries in a global industrial setting.

Responsabilidades
- Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner for Europe and Africa and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with regional leaders, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, and General Sales Operations to align priorities
- Provide strategic recommendations from performance data and market insights
- Lead initiatives to improve sales productivity, pipeline quality, and conversion
- Drive territory and account planning,



market development, and strategic growth programs
- Develop and implement standardized frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for commercial execution
- Promote adoption of systems, reporting, and automation for scalable growth
- Lead and develop a regional Sales Operations team and champion change management
- Evaluate, design, and implement scalable sales processes across the customer journey
- Oversee onboarding, training, and enablement programs to boost sales effectiveness
- Ensure governance, documentation, standards, and cross-regional alignment

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Business
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or related function
- Experience leading direct reports or cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority across geographic teams
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Experience with CRM and commercial technology platforms
