Key Responsibilities

- Proporcionar soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios finales de forma remota, resolviendo incidencias de hardware y software.

- Documentar las incidencias, las acciones tomadas y las soluciones implementadas en el sistema de ticketing.

- Instalar,



configurar y mantener equipos informáticos y software según sea necesario.

- Asistir en la gestión de cuentas de usuario y permisos en sistemas corporativos.

- Participar en proyectos de mejora de la infraestructura TI y en la elaboración de guías de usuario.

Requirements

- Estudiante de Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas de Telecomunicación, o un campo técnico relacionado.

- Conocimientos sólidos de sistemas operativos (Windows, macOS) y ofimática.

- Familiaridad con conceptos de redes, hardware de computadoras y periféricos.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas, especialmente en un entorno remoto .

- Capacidad para seguir procedimientos y documentación técnica con precisión.
