We are looking for a Spanish Customer Support Specialist to join our Support Team in Ceuta, Spain.

This is a Full-time, permanent position.

About the role

As part of Paf’s Customer Support Team, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will handle inquiries, solve problems, and represent our commitment to responsible, high‑quality, and multilingual customer service.

Main responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer inquiries via chat and other channels, ensuring quick and high‑quality responses.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up within agreed time frames (SLAs).
- Contribute to improving the team’s efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Follow company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with customers through clear and professional communication.
- Act responsibly in relation to gambling concerns, following our Responsible Gambling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal,



regulatory, and company requirements.

Requirements

- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in online gaming customer support.
- Strong customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Most important: the right service attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
