Quince is seeking a CX Systems Administrator to own Gladly and connected systems across our European markets. You will work with Product and Engineering to bring each new market live and keep environments stable with minimal defects.
You will build, test, and document configurations, lead weekly changes, and ensure data flows and SLAs are met across email, SMS, chat, and CRM integrations. This role emphasizes rapid, scalable setup and cross-market collaboration.
