Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer assistance through various digital channels within the customer support services industry.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products to deliver accurate, helpful, and professional solutions to our Dutch-speaking clients.
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our Bulgarian office to optimize support processes and workflows.
- Document all interactions meticulously in the CRM system to track and analyze service trends.
- Stay updated with the latest support service industry standards to ensure a premium user experience.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture by meeting established individual and team KPIs.




- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the customer support services sector is considered a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, as this is a key requirement for our Dutch-speaking jobs.
