IES ABROAD Madrid is seeking a Student Success Assistant for our Madrid center. The SSA will support the Student Success Coordinator by triaging student issues, documenting interactions, and serving as a visible resource to students.

The role includes coordinating with Student Affairs and Academic teams, attending SST meetings, and maintaining regular office hours to engage with students in the Center. Evening availability is required.
