- Commercial-level English and/or French is an advantage. Russian and/or Ukrainian is also welcome.
- Advanced office software skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation is an advantage.
- Experience in online sales or telesales platforms is an advantage.
- Previous experience in insurance is an advantage.
- A passion for personal interaction and customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training.
- At least two years' experience.
- Commercial-level English and French are an advantage.
- Advanced IT skills.

Contract

- Permanent contract.
- Full-time, continuous morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Salary

- €18,000-€21,000 gross per year.
- Performance-related bonus.
