Задачи

- Participate in innovation and exploration projects, designing user-centered digital solutions for different business needs.
- Conduct UX Research, including user interviews, usability testing, and other research methodologies to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user interfaces, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Contribute to the conceptualization of new digital products and solutions, from initial exploration to design delivery.
- Analyze user feedback and research findings to propose improvements and support design decisions.
- Prepare research reports and presentations explaining the design process, key findings, and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and visually engaging solutions.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and explore different design approaches and technologies in a dynamic innovation environment.
- Present and communicate design concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Требования





- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, working on digital products and user-centered solutions.
- Strong experience in UX Research, including user interviews, usability testing, and qualitative research methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of UI Design, wireframing, prototyping, and design specifications.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Experience in product conceptualization, translating user needs and research findings into innovative design solutions.
- Ability to analyze research data, identify user pain points, and turn insights into actionable design improvements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Based in Barcelona or willing to work in a hybrid model with regular office attendance.
