Ruby Labs Ltd seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for our consumer app portfolio. You will drive end-to-end campaigns, optimize for ROAS and CPA, and scale budgets on web and app installs while maintaining policy compliance and measurement rigor.

You will leverage AI tools, perform high-velocity testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize LTV and payback, working within an international remote-friendly setup.
