Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continually improve Workday and related HRIS systems. You’ll ensure system reliability, data integrity, security, and efficient business processes while supporting releases, reporting, integrations, and enhancements.

You’ll coordinate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors to translate needs into scalable solutions and manage configuration specifications and documentation.
