Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 analytics platform. You will provide remote technical support to healthcare professionals, SUS and FSEs, acting as a liaison and driving issue resolution while supporting continuous improvement.

The role requires engineering or medical qualifications, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and experience with robotics and software troubleshooting.
