As our Member Programme Intern,you’llhelp shape the social side of our member spaces, bringing together inspiring talks, creative sessions, wellness moments and community experiences that peopleactually wantto show up for.You’llbe part planner, part host, part ideas machine, working closely with the team to turn concepts into packed-out events and memorable experiences. One dayyou’llbe coordinating speakers and building buzz around an upcoming event, the nextyou’llbe rearranging chairs five minutes before doors open and loving every second of it. This is the kind of role where curiosity, creativity and people skills matter just as much as organisation. WhatYou’llDo

- Help plan and run community events,workshopsand social programming
- Coordinate with speakers,partnersand guests to bring events to life
- Manage eventlogisticsincluding scheduling, setup,communicationsand app updates
- Welcome attendees and help create a great atmosphere on event days




- Gather feedback after events and spot ways to make the next one even better
- Brainstorm fresh ideas that fit our community and culture
- Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

WhatYou’llHave

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a European University
- You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing,Salesor something similar
- You bring positive energy and love connecting with people
- You are organised and comfortable juggling multiple things at once
- You havestrong communicationskills and feel confident reaching out to others
- You enjoy teamwork but are equally happy taking initiative
- You are fluent in Spanish and English. Extra languages are always welcome
- You are available for a full-time (40 hours) internship for 6 months
