Digital Smile Design (DSD) invites a Patient Management Associate to join our Customer Support team in Madrid. You will manage cases for the German-speaking DACH market and English-speaking doctors across Europe, ensuring clinical accuracy, proactive care, and a human touch throughout the lifecycle from request to delivery.

Responsibilities include case lifecycle management, documentation validation, and close collaboration with design, QC, and lab teams.
