General BPO Solution Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Officer to support Australian financial advisers with client administration, onboarding, and post-advice implementation.

You will work closely with advisers, clients, insurers, and product providers to ensure smooth delivery and timely turnaround of tasks. The role requires 1–2 years in Australian financial planning administration, hands-on Xplan and Intelliflo experience, and excellent English communication.
