Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify developmental, emotional, behavioral, and learning issues.




- Provide individual and group counseling services to children experiencing difficulties.
- Offer support and guidance to parents and families on child-rearing practices, behavioral management, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop strategies for supporting students within the classroom.
- Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions for parents and educators on relevant psychological topics.
- Implement preventative programs focused on mental health, anti-bullying, and social-emotional learning.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation when necessary.
- Maintain confidential and accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Liaise with external mental health professionals and services when required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide mental health policies.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Official accreditation to practice psychology in Spain.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a child and family psychologist, preferably within an educational setting.
- Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.
- Strong understanding of child development, psychopathology, and family systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build rapport with children, parents, and educators.
- Knowledge of the Spanish educational system and its support structures.
- Experience in designing and delivering psychoeducational workshops.
- Empathy, discretion, and a strong ethical commitment.
- Proximity or willingness to travel within Córdoba is required.
