Unit4 in Granada seeks a Customer Success Manager (Swedish speaking) to be the voice of the customer and drive value realization across ERP, HCM and financial planning software domains. You will nurture relationships, guide adoption, and identify upsell opportunities while engaging with C-level stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product, R&D;, Support and Sales to ensure customer goals are met, manage risk, and support retention. Travel up to 20% may be required.
