About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative e-commerce business, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote E-commerce Operations Manager. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while overseeing the critical operational aspects of our client's online business. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service operations, and process optimization. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery, managing the day-to-day operational flow, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing complex operations in a remote-first environment. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about e-commerce operations and committed to driving excellence and scalability for our client's online platform. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse partners to ensure stock availability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train remote customer service and operations teams.
- Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs)



and generate regular reports for management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with technology and marketing teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce operations.
- Implement and manage quality control processes across all operational functions.

Requirements

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, with a strong focus on logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.
- Demonstrable success in optimizing operational processes and improving efficiency.
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and operational software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, experienced in managing remote teams.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively virtually.
- Must be based in Spain and comfortable working in a fully remote capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
