Wallbox Chargers is seeking a proactive Technical Support L2/L3 for the Spain/Portugal region to ensure operational excellence and maximize partner satisfaction. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced hardware, firmware, and OCPP issues across DC/AC charging solutions.

You will serve as the regional escalation point, coordinate with HQ, and lead training for installers and service partners. Travel for on-site support is required, with hybrid work options available in the region.
