Nicholas Bernard is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant for an implementation project with a major client in Madrid, Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and implementing SAP Ariba solutions to optimise procurement and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP Ariba solutions according to business requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Design and deploy SAP Ariba solutions to improve procurement efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems.

- Configure procurement workflows, approval processes and supplier management functionality.

- Conduct workshops, functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.





- Prepare functional documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to business users.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Ariba.

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.

- Good understanding of procurement and supply chain management processes.

- Experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts or Supplier Lifecycle and Performance.

- Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working in international SAP implementation environments.

- English language proficiency; Spanish would be advantageous.
