IE University’s Talent & Careers International MBA team is seeking a Senior Associate Director – IMBA Career Services to lead the end-to-end career development experience for a portfolio of IMBA students in Madrid.

You will provide personalized career advising, design career education, manage engagement initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance the IMBA offering. Strong coaching, program management, and data-driven mindset are essential.
