Medtronic in Europe seeks a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI-powered platform. This full-time role requires strong clinical and technical communication with healthcare professionals, SUS and FSEs, and offers domestic and international on-site support as needed.

You will troubleshoot issues, drive escalation, and own continuous improvement projects while maintaining thorough documentation.
