embecta is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Analytics & Insights to design and build the enterprise reporting capability from the ground up. You will own the product, partner with IT, define the analytics strategy, and deliver a governed self-service environment for finance and business partners.

The role requires 15+ years in finance/FP&A;, a track record of building enterprise reporting capabilities, and a strong focus on data governance, SOX compliance and AI-enabled insights.
