Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery for SaaS implementations, from client onboarding to final deployment and user adoption.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.




- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants, developers, and customer success managers.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project status, milestones, and potential issues.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of the SaaS platform.
- Track project performance, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Champion best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the implementation process.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive product enhancements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager, specifically managing SaaS implementations or software projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
