Klépierre, Europe’s shopping center leader, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Hub Manager based in Madrid. You will lead the design and ongoing implementation of a Europe-wide Talent Acquisition Hub, combining Shared Services and TA expertise across multiple countries to shape processes, drive innovation, and strengthen TA capabilities across the Group.
The role involves leading a pilot, coaching a TA Specialist, building governance, KPIs and continuous improvement, and partnering with HR teams
