Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuring continuous skill development across sourcing, assessment methodologies, recruitment tools, market intelligence and recruitment process excellence. Promote the long-term scalability of the Talent Acquisition Hub model by contributing to: Internal mobility by collaborating with local HR and Group Talent management teams. Employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in partnership with Group and local Communication teams, helping activate and promote the Group employer brand.
