Job DetailsThis is a permanent full‑time position. It is a hybrid role with a few days a week on‑site and a couple remote (open to discussion) and can be based in either Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza or San Sebastián. Salaries are around €70,000‑€80,000 plus bonus and potential joining bonus.
Responsibilities and ExpectationsAs an LLM Engineer you will:Design, build, and refine large language models.
Develop and train models, ensuring they are production-ready.




Integrate LLMs with our product stack.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for deployment and continuous improvement.
QualificationsA minimum of a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience developing and training models and building LLMs (not just using them).
Excellent knowledge of libraries such as HuggingFace and similar.
Strong Python programming experience.
Experience on cloud platforms such as AWS or similar.
Fluent English language skills.
