Rob Surgical in Barcelona seeks a Head of Commercial Spain to open the Spanish market and lead sales across public and private hospitals. You will build a pipeline of top Spanish hospitals, negotiate pricing models, and drive launch sites and first contracts.
You bring 8–10+ years selling capital equipment to hospitals, a track record of €1 M+ deals, and deep knowledge of public procurement in Spain. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
