Overview

In this role, you will own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash flow for international markets (North Africa) from the Sant Cugat hub, ensuring accurate order processing, pricing, and delivery while enforcing export controls. You collaborate across internal teams, distributors, and banks to secure timely shipments and compliant documentation. You will optimize bottlenecks and safeguard regulatory compliance to deliver life-saving diagnostic solutions. This position suits a proactive, cross-functional problem-solver who thrives in a general healthcare supply chain.

Responsabilidades

- Manage full order processing lifecycle including proforma invoicing, confirmations, shipping advice, and credit notes
- Maintain pricing and monitor shelf life while addressing supply bottlenecks and product availability
- Coordinate document exchange with distributors in Algeria and Tunisia and manage spare parts flows
- Lead financial execution and collection, handling L/C and CAD, and align with RSS on credit limits and clearing
- Act as SPOC for Algeria/Tunisia export control, prepare export docs (EUR 1, origin certificates,



translations) and ensure labeling compliance
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics for Sant Cugat hub, liaise with carriers and freight forwarders, ensure quality/temperature standards and SLAs
- Investigate and resolve logistics complaints related to shortages, overshipments, or damaged goods

Requisitos principales
- 3–5+ years in International Supply Chain, O2C, Customer Service Export, or Logistics
- Experience with Letters of Credit (L/C), CAD, EUR 1, customs docs and export control regulations
- Strong ERP skills, preferably SAP SD/MM modules
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, carrier management, IATA regulations, and Arabic labeling
- Advanced English; French/Spanish/Arabic is a plus
- Soft skills: negotiation, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, customer-centric with agile mindset
