Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Director of Mid-Market Onboarding to lead a distributed team of onboarding managers and senior coaches. You will own end-to-end onboarding for mid-market customers from sales handoff to go-live and adoption, driving velocity, quality, and long-term retention.
You’ll build scalable frameworks, define success metrics, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management to ensure a seamless customer journey.
