Key AccountabilitiesWelcome customers and visitors to the marinaSupport guests during arrival and departureAnswer customer questions in person, by phone or emailSupport enquires, mooring sales, invoices and booking administration work.
Handle customer requests in a friendly and professional mannerHandle and Support collection processes,
