Reporting to the Finance Director, you will serve as a key finance business partner to the Global Inside Sales Commercial Partnership team. You’ll work closely with the sales team to provide key insights and help unlock a range of commercial opportunities. Key finance stakeholder in contract preparation, review, and approval; actively participating in commercial negotiations ~ Analyze and assess current business performance, and identify levers to drive growth and profitability ~ Key finance business partner to the Sales Directors in preparing and executing strategies for the region ~ Perform ad hoc analyses to support regional commercial projects and initiatives, including deep dives into specific topics to support business growth ~ Finance lead in the preparation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts, including risk and opportunity analysis ~ Support, develop, and implement improved processes and controls to enable sustainable, profitable scaling of the B2B business Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related fields; Supported a sales organization and/or commercial finance experience ~ Highly analytical and detail-oriented,



with the ability to go beyond traditional finance functions to drive insight and strategy across a broad range of business issues ~ Strong ability to analyze data, solve business problems, and deliver actionable insights ~ able to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to both finance and non-finance audiences ~ Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines ~ Self-starter who thrives in a large, global, fast-paced organization ~ Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft Excel and strong presentation skills The total cash range for this position in Madrid is €43,000.00 to €60,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €69,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
