Senior Manager Data Scientist role within Pfizer's Supply Planning Data Intelligence organization, responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML models, optimization algorithms, and intelligent automation solutions to enable autonomous supply chain master data management across general operations.

Responsibilities

- Design and build optimization algorithms and simulation models for supply chain planning and scenario analysis
- Develop and deploy predictive machine learning models for master data improvement, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition
- Create and integrate generative AI and NLP solutions to automate data management and enable natural language interfaces
- Design and deploy intelligent data agents and RPA bots to automate master data tasks and resolve data quality issues
- Own full lifecycle of AI/ML solutions from development through production deployment, monitoring, and maintenance

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development with production deployments
- Proficiency in Python with scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and RPA tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering) and predictive analytics
- Experience with optimization techniques or tools such as linear programming, Gurobi, or CPLEX
- Knowledge of NLP and generative AI technologies, including large language models
