MSX International is seeking a Sales Trainer & Coach for a fixed-term project based in Madrid. The role focuses on designing and delivering training programs for automotive dealership networks, covering long-term rental, financial products, loyalty programs, and sales processes. Travel across the national territory is expected; Friday-to-Monday travel may occur.

Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. The position runs November to April with about 50 working days.
