Amenitiz is seeking its first in-house lawyer to own the commercial legal agenda across contracts, disputes and data protection. The role is on-site in Barcelona, reporting to the VP Finance, and will bring work in-house, control what goes out, and set budgets for external firms.

You will draft and negotiate B2B tech contracts, manage disputes end-to-end, lead GDPR compliance, and build a scalable legal function with playbooks and clear terms for customers and partners.
