Marsh Health and Benefits in Madrid is seeking an Account Manager to join the Integral Benefits Management team in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients headquartered in Spain and act as a trusted advisor on employee benefits strategy.

You will coordinate with HR, Reward, and Procurement, oversee benefits delivery, renewals, and reporting, and ensure compliance and cost effectiveness while delivering exceptional client service.
