Sanofi Specialty Care in Barcelona/Madrid is seeking a Product Manager to own the brand strategy for Gastroenterology indications within the Immunology portfolio. You will guide a cross‑functional team including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and General Marketing to maximize brand impact and drive the business plan.

You will develop promotional materials, manage the A&P; budget, and engage key external stakeholders to strengthen the brand.
