Experteer Overview As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will align people strategies with business goals and partner across HR to deliver value to managers and staff.
You'll coach line managers, develop successors, and apply Spanish labor law guidance to key decisions.
You'll support organizational change, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance while driving performance, retention, and engagement.
This role offers impact through partnering with the business to shape people initiatives within a global HCM environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Convene regular meetings with business units
• Act as Change Management agent for organizational/cultural changes
• Provide HR guidance and advisory support to management
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance with HR and liaise with legal advisors
• Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention




• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Contribute to workforce planning, organization changes and succession planning
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop solutions and policies Responsabilidades
• 5 to 7 years of professional HRBP experience
• Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
• Knowledge of multiple HR practices including compensation, employee relations, Du****I, performance management, and employment law
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of HR metrics and data-driven insights
• Problem solving and strategic thinking
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
• Excellent time management and deadline-driven
