* Lead and elevate the Quality function within the plant
* Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements
* Act as a key interface with customers, managing quality issues and escalations
* Identify risks and drive improvements across product, processes, and equipment
* Strengthen core quality tools ( FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA )
* Boost process capability and operational excellence
