OverviewIn this role you will lead a integral accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvements.

You will manage close processes, intercompany and balance sheet activities, and support management reporting within a multinational/SSC setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive KPI reporting and SOX compliance while contributing to finance transformation efforts.

ResponsabilidadesLead and develop a team of accounting professionals to sustain a high-performing culture

Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with timely and accurate completion

Review journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany accounts for internal controls and US GAAP compliance

Conduct financial statement reviews, analyze balance sheet and P&L; fluctuations, and support management reporting

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations





Monitor KPIs and drive service excellence while supporting SOX compliance and audits

Manage fixed asset accounting processes

Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives

Contribute to finance transformation projects and strategic initiatives

Requisitos principales3+ years of accounting experience in a multinational or SSC environment

Previous people management or supervisory experience

Continuous improvement mindset with focus on developing people and driving efficiencies

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Strong knowledge of SAP and BW/HANA

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis

SOX compliance and audit experience preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proactive, results-oriented, able to work independently

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Adaptable team player with a continuous improvement mindset
