You will own supplier negotiations and drive cost, reliability, and lead-time improvements in cross-functional collaboration.

ResponsabilidadesOwn and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories to improve reliability and pricing

Lead supplier negotiations directly and apply the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) methodology

Drive saving projects to support growth and reduce project costs

Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Business to meet milestones

Develop supply assurance, business continuity plans and risk assessments; remediate disruptions





Maintain expert knowledge of categories, competition and innovations; address supplier and market questions with stakeholders

Requisitos principales8+ years international sourcing and procurement experience in industrial/manufactured or engineered-to-order environments

Strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, SRM, and Contract Management

Excellent negotiation, supplier management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Adaptable and resilient; able to navigate dynamic environments and cultures

Collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset

Fluent English; additional European language is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Formal qualification in Sourcing, Procurement or Negotiation is preferred negotiation problem-solving critical thinking
