Mucha suerteWe’re looking for a motivated intern to reinforce our team on the operational side of our ticketing offering — contributing to product creation, platform and pricing updates, newsletters, and content quality across our distribution channels.
Your RoleAs part of the ticketing team, you will work on four areas.
B2B platform managementUploading and updating events, prices and availability on our B2B platform.
Coordinating with the ticketing, sales and tech teams to report and follow up on issues.
Platform content (visuals and texts)Creating and updating the visual content of our B2B platform.
Writing and updating the platform’s texts (event descriptions, seat categories).
Ensuring content is consistent and up to date across the platform.




Monitoring ticketing and package distribution channels: offers, prices, new players.
Regularly summarising useful insights for the ticketing and sales teams.
B2B newslettersPreparing and writing the newsletters sent to our partners.
Creating and updating the related visuals.
Contributing to the send schedule together with the sales team.
What We’re Looking ForStudent in business, tourism, events or communication, eligible for an internship agreement.
Rigorous and detail-oriented: you will be updating prices and availability sold to professionals.
Comfortable with digital tools (back-office, spreadsheets, emailing tools).
Strong writing skills and a good visual sense.
Interest in sport, concerts and the ticketing industry. xqbhyrx Languages: French, English and Spanish.
