- Business Development Representative – German Speaking

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new business acquisition, build strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client needs and present tailored AI advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Achieve revenue and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

- German: C1 level
- English: B2 level




- 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, PPC, and advertising.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and self-prospecting.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year
- On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year – uncapped earning potential
- Full-time position: 39 hours/week
