We are looking for highly experienced consultants with expertise in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, Portfolio Strategy, Program Management or related disciplines to help shape and accelerate a large-scale business transformation initiative spanning commercial processes, digital platforms, data, analytics, and AI capabilities.

You will work directly with senior business, technology, product, and transformation leaders, contributing to strategic decision-making, value realization, AI adoption, portfolio governance, and transformation delivery across a complex international environment.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, facilitating communication between IT and business sponsors, and presenting updates to senior leadership. Your focus will extend beyond technology, ensuring that projects deliver tangible value and measurable impact to the organization.

Drives cross-functional Lead-to-Cash transformation from demand identification through prioritization and value realization. The role combines strategic problem solving, demand and value management, and hands-on process improvement, using AI, automation and data as key transformation levers.

What You Will Do

- Demand management: Consolidate, qualify and prioritize transformation demands coming from Business Process Owners and other stakeholders.
- Value management: Structure business cases,



define KPIs and maintain the consolidated L2C business value roadmap.
- E2E transformation: Identify dependencies, gaps and opportunities across L2C processes and ensure consistency with the target Operating Model.
- Governance decision support: Prepare prioritization and arbitration recommendations, track decisions, risks and key actions.
- Transformation strategy: Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and transformation roadmaps.
- AI & data: Identify and structure opportunities where AI, automation and data can create measurable business value.

What We're Looking For

- Strong business transformation and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience in demand/portfolio management, prioritization, and value management.
- Ability to structure complex, ambiguous cross-functional topics.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to produce senior-management-ready recommendations and materials.
- Experience working across Business, Digital/IT, Product and Data organizations.
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Order / Order-to-Delivery / Delivery-to-Cash processes.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Conga, ServiceNow or SAP would be a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience using AI to solve business problems, with the ability to prototype and build AI-enabled solutions, agents and automations that simplify processes, improve productivity and create measurable business value.
