Job Duties / Responsibilities
* Developandfosterapositiverelationshipwitheachstudentandtheirparent/guardian.
* ProvidedirectservicesandinstructionasmandatedbytheIEP.
* Completediagnosticcomponentsdeterminedondomainssheet.
* Enterdiagnosticinformationintodata-basedscreensandcreateahardcopyofthe diagnostic report.
* SharedresponsibilityfortestingstudentsasdeterminedbySchoolServiceTeam discussion.
* ParticipateinSchoolServiceTeamandIEPmeetings.
* CompleteallrequiredIEPpaperworkinatimelymanner.
* Completedata-basedscreensforannualreviews/re-evaluationsforcaseloadstudents.
* Create,overseeandupdatedatadrivengoalsandobjectivesbasedonstudentneeds, grade level, and state standards for caseload students.
* Monitorcaseloadforannualreviewandre-evaluationdates.
* OverseethatallservicesonanIEPare implemented.
* Teachanysubjectareaorgradelevelconsistingof studentsoncaseload,using best practice strategies and District directed curriculum and programs.




* Differentiate,accommodateormodifyinstructionandcurriculumaccordingtoeach student's individual learning profile.
