You will be instrumental in driving project success and fostering strong client relationships, all within a supportive and collaborative remote-first environment. Your base of operations will be Murcia, but you will work entirely from home.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project delivery for SaaS implementations, from client onboarding to final deployment and user adoption.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants, developers, and customer success managers.
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
* Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project status, milestones, and potential issues.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of the SaaS platform.
* Track project performance, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Champion best practices in project management and continuous improvement within the implementation process.




* Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive product enhancements. Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager, specifically managing SaaS implementations or software projects.
* Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
* Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
* Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
* Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Benefits
