RemoFirst, a integral HR platform, seeks a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and datasets. You will collaborate with stakeholders and Data Engineers to define KPIs and enable data-driven decisions across fast-growing teams. With 3+ years in BI or data analytics, you will design scalable analytics, use QuickSight and other BI tools, and contribute to data governance. This is a 100% remote role in a startup-friendly environment.
