Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 analytics. You will provide remote support to Healthcare Professionals, Start-up specialists and Field Service Engineers, troubleshooting, escalation, and documentation while coordinating with internal teams.

The idóneo candidate holds an engineering degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian, with robotics or motion control exposure and
